Built and engaged new audiences across social channels with a .5% net increase in followers through development of platform strategy, ownership of social content calendar in alignment with integrated marketing calendars, social franchise development and community management.
Refined and elevated EQX+ organic social media via identifying new opportunities in creative strategy, digital marketing alignment and cross departmental workflow, reporting and strategy alignment with KPI's and key brand initiatives. Executed the first ever cross-brand, omni-channel Born This Way Day social campaign for nationwide activation at a group level across Equinox, Equinox+ and SoulCycle in 217+ locations, resulting in an 8% in-club lift and average 98% class sell out/attendance nationwide.
